Lunch Bunch

Life After Loss

For those recovering after the loss of a loved one. Grief is overwhelming; you are not alone. Feel free to bring a friend or family member. Light snacks provided. Every Thursday, 6:00 pm at Friends Together.

A Touch of Beauty

Meets at Friends Together Center 6:00-8:00pm
A Touch of Beauty is a free program offered by Friends Together in collaboration with a community of women who care. Designed by Sandra Donovan and Carol Johnston for women during and after their cancer experience. This hands on workshop will enhance overall appearance and well being. Facilitated by Nicole Stark licensed cosmetologists, who offer free all natural products and demonstrations on wearing wigs, scarves and accessories.

Dawn Marie Burns Scholarship

Friends Together awards $1000.00 in scholarship assistance each year in cooperation with Alpena Community College.
It is intended for students who are, or will be, enrolled at the college in a field of study related to health care.
Students who have been impacted by cancer are given preference.
